Hello! My name is Nuheen, and I am an IB Economics SL/HL Online Tutor based out of Vancouver, BC, Canada.I graduated from Harvard University with an MPA/ID graduate degree, building on my B.A in Economics (First Class, Valedictorian) and M.A in Economics from the University of British Columbia.I have been teaching economics for over a decade at the university and college level, including a one year stint as a Teaching Fellow for Harvard's introductory economics course, Ec-10.Since my graduation from Harvard University, I have spent the past 4 years establishing myself as one of the premium Economics Tutors in the world for AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics. Making Students Feel Comfortable to Continuously Ask Questions: The fundamental mantra for economists is to question everything. Nuheen not only encourages his students to freely inquire about the topics being taught but also empowers them to challenge any concept he presents. His lessons are conversational in nature, rather than following an ineffective lecture format.
Providing Relevant Multiple Choice and Free Response Questions for Practice: Aside from a limited number of AP Classroom questions, AP® Micro and Macro students have a hard time finding topic specific MCQs and FRQs. Questions from official past papers require knowledge of the entire syllabus, which is not helpful when learning the syllabus gradually and trying to find practice problems specific to a single topic. Aside from picking out the right MCQs and FRQs for his students to practice, Nuheen also develops his own topic based questions that his students can use.
More than 10 Years of AP official past paper practice: Economics is a subject that can only be learned through repeated practice, and nothing is better to achieve that than attempting official AP® past papers with its MCQs and FRQs. Nuheen's goal is ensuring that his students understand how to solve at least 10 years of past papers before heading into the exam hall.
Building the strategy and habit of drawing graphs to answer AP Economics MCQs: Not many students understand that without drawing rough sketches of graphs, it is nearly impossible to answer a decent portion of MCQs correctly and quickly in the AP Economics exams. Nuheen builds the habit of drawing graphs among his students both as a memory tool and also as a way of helping students understand the models at a deeper level.

Payments are made after the lesson through Interac or email transfer in Canada. Students based in the USA can make payments in USD through Zelle Pay.Credit card and bank transfer options are available to students from other countries (including all European and Middle Eastern countries, in addition to Australia and New Zealand), with rates equal to USD $75 in their respective currencies.
